phdteam Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with phdteam's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any applicable game-specific rules, and the specific terms of any active promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and phdteam with respect to use of the Platform and Services.

2.2 By completing the phdteam account registration process, clicking any "I Agree," "Accept," or equivalent confirmation during registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2.3 phdteam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

2.4 These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any translation into another language, the English language version shall prevail.

3.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a phdteam account, you must, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted);
• Be located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to phdteam's services is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of phdteam or any of its affiliated service providers, game suppliers, or technology partners;
• Not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, placed through phdteam or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person.

3.2 phdteam employs age and identity verification procedures as part of its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and additional documentation at any point in your account lifecycle, including but not limited to during registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or following a significant increase in account activity.

3.3 Where phdteam has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is under 21 years of age, or that a Member has provided false information during the registration or KYC process, phdteam shall suspend the account immediately, withhold all pending withdrawals, and report the matter to PAGCOR where required. Any winnings accumulated during an ineligible period of use shall be voided and forfeited.

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phdteam Platform. The existence of more than one account per individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. phdteam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 phdteam reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.4 phdteam accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, your account balance, or any credits, bonuses, or benefits associated with your account to any other party.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdteam login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 All transactions and activities conducted through your account using your login credentials are your responsibility, whether or not you authorized or were aware of such transactions. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phdteam immediately via live chat or email.

5.3 phdteam will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phdteam that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phdteam's support team immediately.

5.4 phdteam reserves the right to temporarily lock any account it reasonably suspects is subject to unauthorized access, security compromise, or fraudulent activity, pending a security review. The affected Member will be contacted via their registered email or mobile number to restore access following verification.

6.1 All financial transactions on the phdteam Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdteam does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, and any exchange rate costs or bank fees associated with such conversion are borne by the Member.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phdteam currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya e-wallet
• BDO Unibank (via InstaPay)
• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) (via InstaPay)
• Metrobank (via InstaPay)
• UnionBank (via InstaPay)
• InstaPay real-time bank transfer
• Cryptocurrency (selected digital assets)

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and daily or weekly transaction limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted by phdteam from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. phdteam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawal processing times are approximate and subject to the operational hours and technical requirements of third-party payment providers. phdteam does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.

6.5 Source of Funds. phdteam reserves the right to request documentation confirming the legal source of funds used to deposit into a phdteam account, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and forfeiture of funds pending regulatory review.

6.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. As an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. phdteam reserves the right to require Members to withdraw via their original deposit method before permitting withdrawal to alternative methods.

6.7 Funds deposited into a phdteam account must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests are processed, unless phdteam explicitly waives this requirement in writing.

7.1 phdteam may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and Conditions and to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period are specified in each promotion's individual terms and must be read carefully before claiming any offer.

7.3 One Promotion Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each phdteam promotion only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's individual terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation.

7.5 phdteam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. Any promotional offer withdrawn after a Member has already validly claimed it shall remain valid for that Member according to its original terms, unless the promotion was offered in error.

7.6 phdteam reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings, or promotional credit where phdteam reasonably determines that the offer was claimed by exploiting a system error, technical fault, or in a manner not consistent with the intended spirit of the promotion.

8.1 phdteam's sportsbook offers wagering on a range of local and international sporting events including but not limited to PBA basketball, NBA, football (English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga), UFC and combat sports, online sabong, MPL Philippines e-sports, PVL volleyball, and other events as listed in the phdteam Casino sportsbook from time to time.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by phdteam. phdteam reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not valid until confirmed by the platform and reflected in the Member's bet slip history.

8.3 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. phdteam endeavors to maintain accurate odds at all times but reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds prior to settlement. Where an obvious pricing error is identified after a bet has been accepted, phdteam reserves the right to void the affected bet.

8.4 In-Play Betting. Bets placed on in-play (live) events are accepted based on the odds available at the precise moment of confirmation. Bets placed on an event after its conclusion, or during a delay where the outcome is already determined, will be voided irrespective of whether the result was known to the Member at the time of placement.

8.5 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the conclusion of the relevant event. phdteam uses official results from the governing body of each sport or competition for settlement purposes. In the event of a dispute between official result sources, phdteam's decision on the correct settlement shall be final.

8.6 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If an event is cancelled before commencement, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' accounts. If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, bets will generally be voided unless phdteam's specific rules for that sport or event type specify otherwise.

9.1 All casino games, slot titles, and bingo games offered on the phdteam Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game developers. The RNG systems used by phdteam's game providers are independently audited and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.

9.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each slot game available on phdteam has a stated theoretical Return to Player percentage, representing the expected average payout over a statistically significant number of game rounds. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session or session length.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game technical malfunction, software error, or platform fault that interrupts a game round or betting transaction, phdteam will use reasonable efforts to restore the game state and credit any funds appropriately. Where restoration is not possible, the affected game round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account. phdteam accepts no liability for loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

9.4 Game-specific rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. Lack of familiarity with game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or bet void.

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdteam Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the phdteam Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, payment methods, or identities to claim offers multiple times;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account, account balance, or login credentials to any third party.

10.2 phdteam uses fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, all balances frozen pending investigation, and any pending or processed withdrawals may be reversed where permitted by law.

11.1 phdteam provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Member's account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which phdteam will restrict further play until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from your phdteam account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality Check: Display periodic reminders of your total wagering activity and net result during a session.

11.2 phdteam will not knowingly permit any Member who is subject to a self-exclusion order — whether placed through phdteam or reported to phdteam by PAGCOR — to continue accessing the Platform. Members who breach their own self-exclusion by using alternative contact details or creating new accounts will have the new account permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may close their phdteam account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and successful KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension and Termination by phdteam. phdteam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its discretion, including but not limited to where:

• phdteam has reasonable grounds to believe the Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• phdteam is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law;
• phdteam determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.

12.3 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach by the Member, the account will be restored and any withheld balance returned. If a breach is confirmed, phdteam reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

13.1 All content on the phdteam Platform, including but not limited to the phdteam brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and all other material accessible through phdteam.org, is the property of phdteam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 No content from the phdteam Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written consent from phdteam. Any unauthorized use of phdteam's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings.

13.3 By using the Platform, Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any right to sub-license, sell, resell, reproduce, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdteam shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

14.2 phdteam's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Member into their phdteam account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 phdteam does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. phdteam shall not be liable for any loss arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions outside its reasonable control.

14.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using phdteam's Services, Members acknowledge that they may lose some or all of the money they wager. phdteam accepts no liability for gambling losses arising from any Member's use of the Platform.

15.1 phdteam collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at phdteam.org/privacy-policy.

15.2 By registering for a phdteam account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

15.3 phdteam complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in the handling of Member personal information.

16.1 phdteam reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Members' rights or obligations — phdteam will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to registered Members and via a prominent notice on the Platform.

16.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to comply with immediate regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

16.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phdteam.org/terms-conditions and will be identified by its effective date. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

17.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.

17.3 phdteam operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Members who have unresolved complaints against phdteam that have not been adequately addressed through phdteam's internal complaints procedure may refer the matter to PAGCOR for review in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

17.4 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
